In the first half you will discover the famously tuneful songs and choruses from the most popular opera ever written - the number one all-time favourite ‘Carmen’ by Georges Bizet!

A thrilling dramatised presentation in traditional costume, starring sultry soprano Debbie Michaels as Carmen and popular Argentinian tenor Ernesto Correa as her spurned lover Don José. Gavin Magenty plays the swaggering Toreador who steals Carmen’s heart.

With Sheffield City Opera chorus and full supporting cast. In the second half you will delight in a Cavalcade of the very best of musical theatre - Sheffield City Opera soloists and chorus singing these you have loved and continue to enjoy time and time again !
